Hello everyone! I'm  Frances Marie, the owner and writer of this blog.

I am a self taught makeup addict. I use makeup as a way to relief stress. I feel that even when I know I will have a busy day or a lot to do, I find comfort in doing my makeup. I love trying new products and for a long time have been providing reviews for my friends. Currently I am working on building a library of makeup tutorials which I will upload on a YouTube Channel (coming soon).

A little about me: I was born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico as a Land Surveyor and Topographer. I studied abroad for a summer in Italy, where I attended the Universita Per Stranieri, in Perugia. I miss Italy everyday of my life, and I hope I can visit again, and maybe someday live there. I speak three languages, Spanish, English and Italian. After graduating from college I moved to Virginia and started working for an Engineering Consulting firm but now I am a stay at home mom of a beautiful baby boy. On my free time, which nowadays is only during my son's nap time, I try new makeup, play with different techniques and just have fun creating new looks. Aside from makeup I have many hobbies. I love cooking and I feel my forte is baking. I also used to love to exercise, and with a new baby and a new body, I am trying to go back to my old ways of exercising every day and trying to eat healthy. I will keep you posted.

I love to travel, although I haven't traveled that much lately. I am dying to visit London, Ireland, Spain and Australia among other places.
